Sublime Wear USA holds many different levels of pro staff applicants, any member of any level can or will be moved depending on the pro staff member’s level of commitment. Large media or real-world exposure will result in a re-evaluation of an applicant to upgrade his/her promotional account.

What you are agreeing to:

• You will be expected to represent our company in a professional and sportsmanlike manner.

• Be active on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) On any posts for social media, please use #sublimewearusa

• Pro Staff renewal will be done by October 31st annually.

• Promotional codes or accounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

• Sublime Wear USA’s logo will be placed on the jersey in any of the following locations to be determined between you and the pro staff manager; Left chest or on the inside of both sleeves on all tournament apparel.

• As a pro staff member, you acknowledge that Sublime Wear USA produces custom apparel. All pro staff will need to place their orders 3-4 weeks before you need your product. If
you have a specific event or tournament that you’ll need your apparel for, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Traditional ground shipping in the U.S. is 1-5 business days, while traditional ground shipping outside the country can take up to three weeks or more. Sublime can expedite shipping at the pro staff member request and expense. For team contracts, please submit a roster with each team member’s name and shirt size.

What Sublime Wear USA agrees to:

• You will be given a discount on orders placed for jerseys, hoodies, and performance wear throughout the year for yourself, family, and friends unless mentioned otherwise specifically from the prostaff manager. Discounts do not apply to replicas, masks or promotions.

• Pictures of you in your jersey that are posted on your social media accounts can be used by Sublime’s social media accounts, if a post by you is used, Sublime will use the following
#Repost and then @ your social media account.

• All pro staff members will have a Sublime Wear USA account, all individual accounts will have their discount or promotion code attached to their account and may order online at any time. All orders submitted will be reviewed to ensure ethical usage.
