Welcome to the 2025 Mathews Factory Staff Shooter
Jersey Program

As a valuable member of the program please follow the guidelines below for
placing your jersey order for the upcoming season.
(Please read everything first prior to placing your order)

1. ALL orders must be placed between October 1st - 22nd, 2024.
There are 11 sponsor locations available only on the back of the jerseys at no
additional cost.

2. Proofs will be sent by October 30th, 2024. If you do not receive a proof by
then, please call (833) WEAR USA (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST) or email
Seth@sublimewearusa.com
Orders placed after the October 22nd deadline WILL NOT receive proofs.

3. To ensure shipment by December 4th, 2024 you MUST "Approve" your
jersey proof by November 6th, 2024.

4. Orders placed after the October 22nd deadline will be the basic design with
no additional logos.

5. Orders not placed or received will be shipped with the basic design and
name only with no additional logos. No proof will be provided in this case.

6. All jerseys will be shipped on December 4th.
